Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and labels are still securely attached.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it at a local collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
